Bulwark Holdings was formed to acquire and operate small digital assets over time. Our focus is deliberately narrow: profitable, self-serve software that solves a specific problem for a defined audience — products that can run well without a large team. We have not yet completed an acquisition; our first is gated on cash on hand plus a six-month operating buffer.
We intend to be a long-term holder, not a flipper. When we acquire a product, our job will be to keep it reliable for its customers, improve it where the evidence supports it, and let compounding do the work.
What we do
Acquire
We look for small SaaS and software products with verified revenue, low customer churn, and a distribution channel that already works — an app marketplace listing, organic search, or an integration partnership. Every acquisition is underwritten on trailing, processor-verified financials.
Operate
When we operate an asset, we will run it lean and independently: keep the product stable, handle billing and support properly, test pricing against real customer value, and fix failed payments before they become churn. No cross-selling between unrelated products.
Hold
Our approach: size any acquisition to cash on hand, keep a six-month operating buffer, and only add a new asset when the current ones are running without day-to-day attention.

We collect only what a product needs to operate: your email and billing status. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t cross-promote between unrelated products. Payment details are handled by Stripe under its privacy policy.
